CADD Mentors is a CAD, BIM, Interior Design, Graphics Design, PCB Design and Electrical CAD training institute based in Bangalore, India. We operate from our HSR Layout centre and also provide live online training to students across India.

2. What Information We Collect
When you submit an enquiry, course application or trainer registration form on our website, we may collect:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address (if provided)
- Course of interest and preferred training mode
- Message or query text
- Academic or professional background (for application and trainer forms)
- The page URL where the form was submitted
- Form type (e.g. course enquiry, application, trainer registration)
- Approximate technical details: IP address, browser/device user agent string — collected automatically when the form is submitted to our server
- UTM campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) — if you arrived via a tracked link, these are captured automatically from the URL to help us understand which channel brought you to our site
We do not collect payment card numbers, national ID numbers, or sensitive personal data. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Why We Collect This Information
To respond to your enquiry: We use your name, phone and email to contact you about the course or training option you asked about. Our counsellor will call or message you to provide guidance.
To send a confirmation email: If you provide an email address, we may send a transactional acknowledgement email confirming we received your enquiry. This is sent via ZeptoMail (a Zoho product), a transactional email service.
To keep an internal record of leads: Enquiry data may be stored in a Google Sheet or similar internal system used by our team to manage counselling follow-ups. This is not shared publicly.
To understand campaign effectiveness: UTM parameters help us understand whether you found us through a search ad, social media post or organic search. This helps us allocate our marketing budget responsibly.
Technical purposes: IP address and user agent may be logged for spam prevention and security — for example, to detect and reject bot submissions.
4. How Long We Keep Your Data
Enquiry data is kept internally for the duration needed to manage the counselling relationship. If you ask us to delete your details, we will remove them from our active records within a reasonable time. We may retain anonymised records for internal business analytics.
5. How We Share Your Data
We use a small number of third-party services to operate our website and handle enquiries:

This website does not currently use tracking cookies or analytics scripts. UTM parameters are read from the URL when you submit a form — they are not stored in a cookie. If we add an analytics service in the future, this policy will be updated.
7. Your Rights
You can contact us to:
- Ask what data we hold about you
- Request correction of incorrect information
- Request deletion of your enquiry data from our internal records
- Opt out of any future follow-up communications
