These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the CADD Mentors website and to your enrolment in any training course offered by CADD Mentors. By using our website or enquiring about or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms.

CADD Mentors is a training institute based in Bangalore, operating from our HSR Layout centre and providing online instructor-led training to students across India.

1. Use of This Website

You may use this website to obtain information about our courses, submit enquiries and download course materials we make available. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Submit false or misleading information through any form on this website
• Attempt to access any part of our systems or infrastructure without authorisation
• Reproduce or republish our course content, syllabi or materials without prior written permission

2. Course Enquiries and Admissions

Submitting an enquiry form or calling us does not constitute enrolment in a course. Enrolment is confirmed only after we have discussed your requirement, agreed on a batch schedule and fee, and you have made the necessary payment.

We may decline an enrolment at our discretion — for example, if the proposed batch is full, the course is not currently active, or the prerequisites for a particular course are not met.

3. Course Fees and Payment

Course fees are quoted at the time of enrolment and cover the agreed course duration, access to training materials during the course, and a course completion certificate on satisfactory attendance. Fees may vary by course, batch type (classroom or online) and any promotional pricing in effect at the time.

All fees must be paid as agreed before or at the start of the course. We reserve the right to defer access to sessions if payment is outstanding.

4. Batch Schedules and Changes

Batch schedules — including start dates, session timings and session frequency — are communicated at the time of enrolment. We will make reasonable efforts to keep to the agreed schedule. However:

• We may reschedule individual sessions where unavoidable circumstances arise (trainer availability, public holidays, technical issues). Rescheduled sessions will be communicated in advance where possible.
• We may merge batches or adjust the session format if enrolment numbers require it, provided the total course hours and syllabus coverage are not reduced.
• Classroom training at our HSR Layout centre is subject to seat availability. We will confirm classroom availability at the time of enrolment.

5. Online Training Access

Online training is delivered via live video-call sessions. Access links are shared before each session. Recordings of sessions are at the trainer's discretion and are not guaranteed as a standard entitlement of the course fee.

You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and compatible device for online sessions. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by your internet connection or device.

6. Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

• Attend sessions punctually and participate respectfully
• Complete practice exercises and projects assigned during the course to the best of your ability
• Use course materials and software access provided during training only for your own learning — not for commercial work or redistribution
• Refrain from recording sessions without the trainer's permission

7. Course Completion Certificate

A CADD Mentors course completion certificate is issued to students who complete the course with satisfactory attendance. This is an institute-level training certificate. It is not a government-recognised qualification or a software vendor certification unless explicitly stated for a specific course.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, syllabi, project files, presentations and website content are the intellectual property of CADD Mentors. You may use materials provided during training for your own learning and portfolio work. You may not reproduce, share or sell these materials to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

CADD Mentors provides training to improve your software skills. We do not guarantee employment or placement as an outcome of completing a course. Job market outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, skill level, the local job market and employer requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CADD Mentors' liability for any claim related to our courses or website is limited to the course fee paid by the student for the relevant course.

10. Privacy

Information you submit through our website — including your name, phone number and email — is used to respond to your enquiry and, if you enrol, to manage your training. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. For further detail, see our Privacy Statement.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or continuation of an enrolled course after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
